Deposit Policy

All deposits made to Pink Empire Cleaning Co. are non-refundable. A deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment date and is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and availability has been approved.

Rescheduling Policy

Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled service date.

Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Company Cancellation Policy

If Pink Empire Cleaning Co. cancels a scheduled service and is unable to accommodate a rescheduled date within a reasonable timeframe, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Payment Terms

All remaining balances for services are due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Service policy

By booking with Pink Empire Cleaning, you agree to the following:

• Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time

• Cancellations or reschedules require advance notice

• Late arrivals or delays may result in shortened service time

• Excessively unsafe or unsanitary conditions may require rescheduling

• Clients must report concerns within a reasonable timeframe after service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions prevent safe or effective cleaning.

Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a 50 % non-refundable deposit is required.

• Your appointment is not placed on the schedule until the deposit is received

• The deposit goes toward your total service cost

• Remaining balance is due after service completion

Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is paid and availability is approved.
