Deposit Policy
All deposits made to Pink Empire Cleaning Co. are non-refundable. A deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment date and is applied toward the total cost of your service.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and availability has been approved.

Rescheduling Policy
Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled service date.
Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Company Cancellation Policy
If Pink Empire Cleaning Co. cancels a scheduled service and is unable to accommodate a rescheduled date within a reasonable timeframe, the deposit will be refunded in full.
